Merchant Processing Sservice
Unsatisfied fees and services

I want to inform that Merchant Processing Services as well as its customer service reps (GUSTAVO TORRES & JOHN ALI) are not full capacitated to deal with consumers. 1. Gustavo Torres as sale rep from the company is lying the customers to get contracts, then not answer the telephone any more. 2. John Ali as costumer service rep hangs the telephone to costumers in order to not resolve the problem and also refuse to pass the ph call to any supervisor. 3. Merchant Processing Services as a company is not giving a good service but charging the fees.
