I was told that they could sell my timeshare and backed by a 6 month money back gaurantee Orlando

I was told by this company that they could sell my timeshare within 6 months or I would get a full refund. This began on 9/29/09 and I waited patiently for any phone calls and feedback from Reality Trade.
I then e-mailed them on 3/10/10 and again on 5/3/10 and asked if they had any updates for me, I received an email stating that they did receive my request and that a rep. Will get back to me within 24-48 hours. I have not heard anything.
This company gave me false hope in selling my timeshare and more in telling me that if it is not sold in 6 months I would get a full refund. I sent them a personal letter with a copy of their contract and asked that my money be refunded. I still have not heard from anyone.

Do not believe this company they owe me $1,190.00!!!
