The WORST customer service in the world

I placed an order to a clothing site for dogs. I was looking for pajama's and shirts for dogs.

This site filled the bill since they had dog apparel in the larger size I needed.

I placed the order on Oct. 18. I anticipated a email to confirm my order. I never received one.

I returned to website to find a contact phone number or email address. They have none showing. You can send them an email within their system only, no address showing.

I have sent a total of 4 (four) emails since the 18th. Not one has been responded to. I have no other way to contact them except by their internal email system.

I believe this is a rip off company and have tried to cancel my order, but I don't know if that has been effective since they don't ever respond.

I would like others to know not to order from this site, no matter how good it looks.
