And Alph Credit Enhancements ripoff, closing company and frauds

Hello, on july 22 i received a call from a company called royal credit solutions. They said that my husband and i were approved for a credit card with the limits of $2500.00. I was informed that money would be removed from my account on the 31st of july and later would be changed to the 8th of august. Money was not removed from my account until the 22nd of august.

I was then told that i would received the card within 10 to 15 business days. I received the package on the 18th of september. I sent the package directly back to them. They said that the refund would be issued the second the package was returned. I reported this to the bbb. I was informed by the bbb that it would take up to six weeks to process.

Calling royal credit solutions i found that their bank turned down my refund and that a bank here in california where i live would be writing a check out to me in the amount of $296.00. It would then take 15 business days to get it in the mail. There would only be on holiday in those 15 days. I called on the 15th day and was informed that they didn't know what was going on and that i should get ahold of my bank and ask for a "charge back". I called my bank and it turns out that it was passed the 60 day policy. There was nothing they could do for me.

After all that i have gone through i decided to go see my attorney. He advised me to take them to small claims court. I have to do my homework on this company. I would love to take them to small claims court. They have not just cost me the $296.00 they are costing me more. I thought that this would be the best thing for us. To help us out of the debt that we are in. I was helping my family. See i don't work. My husband does and i wanted to do something in my part but screwed it all up.

I feel violated. Not physicaly but emotionally and finacially. We are hurting because of this. The stress in my family is caused by them. I don't know what i should do. It there is anyone out there who can help me and bring this company down, i would love to do so with anyone.

I want my money back and i want to see this company brought to there knees and an appoligy.
