National Relocation
All my furniture was left in the basement because they didnt tell me there was an extra fee to move the items upstairs

Lets see where do I start. Hmmmm well first off National Relocation was givin a complete list of the items being shipped and my wife even gave them measurements of the items yet they did not mention that there would be or could be extra charges.

I was givin a qoute for 972 dollars and then when the movers showed up they were upset that we had a money order rather than cash.

Then my wife told them that she would be flying in Saturday night at 9pm.
She asked if the items could be delivered on sunday and she was told that would be fine.

Then They call and say they will be here saturday between 2pm and 6pm.
I end up having to wait around for them because they dont know how to work a gps so I actually have to drive an hour out to meet them.

Then we get to the house and they dont wanna take the stuff upstairs to the living room cause that would cost another 200. Oo.

I was not warned about any other possible fees. My stuff is sitting in the basement because nobody told me "hey you might wanna bring an extra 600 bucks because the extra 925 you already paid might not be enough"

My wife has been sitting at the airport for almost 3 hours with our dog that had to fly 4 hours to get here.

To make matters worse the only option I was giving was either find an atm or "we have no other way to take your money".

Not to mention they had me sign a paper givin them permission to take 200 dollars out of my bank account for the deposit. They were authorized to take out 200 for the deposit. Yet they took out 300.

Needless to say I will not be referring National Relocation to anyone I know.

I spent 1624 dollars and all and what did I get for it.
