Painted Trails Fraud and Liars

Painted trails has to be one of worst places I have lived at. I lived there for a year; dealt with a flood, my truck getting broken into/hit in the parking lot, and being horribly disrespected by the office staff. The cops were there almost everyday the pool was very loud and there were always fights at the pool. The hut tub was a place for couples to get off. It always looked dirty and the pool always had dirt and algae around the edges and the bottom of the pool. When it comes to breaking your lease, its out of question, they lie to you and tell you its concessions plus one months rent. That is not the case, they will come back with an amount somewhere in the high $3,000's and claim that you owe two months plus concessions and marketing fees.
