Is a totally unreliable provider of merchant services. They will promise everything and anything, take your money and then are unable and or unwilling to fullfill their side of any agreement

Iconnpayment solutions has a customer service staff of 3 people. They can not possibly address any real problem. The staff may be well intentioned but the company is a farce. This what is happening to us: basically a con game is being played where they got our business to sign a 4 yr contract for merchant credit card processing at an attractive rate. They make guarantees saying rate will not go up. When copies of paperwork come with equipment the copies are not accurate and are incomplete. After taling to the company which took many calls to get an answer, the company debited our bank account. After 2 weeks there is still no ability to utilize their equipment to process credit card payments. They claim there is a software glitch. If we try to cancel they will debit account for more moey and claim the contract was valid even though they have not peformed in any way. Whoever owns this company has a real game he is playing and providing treliable service is not included among the company's priorities. My opinion: never do business with them, they are a fraud. My business is bing jeopardized by their willfull reperesentation of their capabilities. Their website does not even offer contact info.
