First of all we would like to warn the Niagara falls community so that they do NOT use this company. Emma and jerry Chapman have been ripping people off for over 30years, and how can they sleep at night knowing what they have done to other people. They dont care if they risk other peoples lives in the rundown properties that they rent at top dollar. But yet all they worry about is money money money. They never freshly paint anything. I wonder if emma knows that jerry cheats on his wife with african american women. I have walked in on jerry having sex with an unknown woman with out protection. I hope emma has had herself checked for stds because the women he sleeps around with are hookers. How can two busness men and women hire people to work for them and not pay at all... Dont they understand that all this will catch up to them more sooner then later. My advice to niagara falls is please do not rent their properties. If you are in there properties please dont pay out any money untill they fix all problems and make it a good place to live in. These people dont care that your children r inhaling led and paint. They even go as far as ripping their own mother off. If you are from out of state please do not use this company they will rip you off..
