Just Another Disgusting Scam

Once again someone is taking advantage of persons trying desperately to survive this economy. Just as the other complaints the company advertised for in home work. I sent $2.97 for the packet which has never come. It was indicated I had a (10) day trial and within that time I was fortunate enough to return to work. I immediately called DCA Online and was told the contract would be cancelled. Three days later we noticed a charge of $139.95 on our credit card statement. Once again I called and someone named Lacey simply said that my account did not reflect a cancellation or any record of my having called. NATURALLY - what else would I expect them to say. There was no offer to credit the account, no apologies, nothing. I told them what I thought and indicated I would be sending this report as well as contacting the better business bureau. If they were reputable I would have thought they would send an e-mail apologizing and correcting the matter, but of course there has been nothing. How many people have to be ripped off by these types of organizations? Once again the public and hard working, hopeful people are being scammed.!!!
