Mark Paulson Complete rip off was told be in within 10 days over a month. Does not answer phone must be a side job. DON'T use them

My wife ordered blinds and was charged 800.00 dollars for two windows. She was told they would arrive within ten days. After 20 days we had to call left a message because they don't answer the phone we left a message to cancel the order and was called back in 30 minutes. The lady I guess his wife said the order could not be cancelled and the blinds had shipped. I asked for a tracking number but they didn't have one. Three days later she (his wife) left a message with a tracking number when I checked they still had not shipped. A week later I had a message they had arrived and wanted to set up an appointment to install. Now it is a month later and another message left. The name is Mark Paulson Budget blinds Charlotte NC DON"T USE THEM.
