Yeah!'Fake' climatization, yet 'rates' are high for same! Again, the restrooms are 'left' for days without cleaning while the 'managers' (everybody's a manager) sit around all day critisizing the customers saying 'that's not my job' and there's no one else working there! (also, please 'see' exact similar 'arrangments' at Public Storage of 7-Corners/Falls Church, Va. - the only 'difference' here is they have a 'raised dock' for loading/unloading.) A huge fat guy sits around refusing to clean up the place, blaming the customers (again) for the rediculosly neglected cleanliness of the place (expecially the bathroom) that is simply disgusting. Additionally, they refuse to keep the grounds 'free' of furniture wood screws/'debri', etc. That easily get stuck in your tire (s) and flatten them, in which simply 'normally' get there from so many people moving furniture and not noticing when they 'drop' one. Making excuses after excuses so as to simply not clean this sort of stuff up for their customers safety. This sort of thing could subject anyone to a major auto accident to a fatality (death) with a 'blow-out' of the tire on the highway, etc., while you die! Typical of 'todays' type of so-called 'service' for your hard earned cash. If you try to do 'anything' about this subject here-in, they too will simply throw you out and terminate your lease for storage, causing you to have to spend extra/more time and money to move your belongings, no matter how nice you try to 'present' to them the/a problem they are seriously neglecting. (believe this, I was literally begging, as was other cutomers in 'fear of their health/life!) This particular place is also too small and 'overcrowded'. It could take extra HOURS (again, you TIME) just to get what you need to do to 'get done', because of the 'cramped' parking, etc., simply waiting in line to get to the dock. Of course, unless you want to park far away and tote all that stuff from down the street, in which, again, kills your time and well as adding extra work, getting thru the doors with a loaded cart, etc. While a huge fat guy stares at you instead of working, taking care of the explained/above. The 'high tech' security system is nothing but junk as well.'Ancient' view screens with ancient taped/blurred video (s), that don't work half the time, so if you 'get robbed' this 'aspect' of the place is pretty much 'nothing', and wouldn't get anything resolved anyway. The rest of the 'tech' stuff, push button code entry/elevators, etc. Never work half the time and all the storage units are only accessible with teh elevators. If one or both 'break down', in which they do, your just 'out of luck' and again, your time/money is trashed. Come back another day! (Sucker!!!)
