The person I dealt with via phone, etc., called herself Barbara Flanigan and she claimed to be the directory of this Pet Adoption League on Spring Street in Yukon, PA.
What is she doing working with animals? She talks trash and treats people with no respect.in plain English, she's a witch. I don't even know how her staff gets along with her.
This idiot gives pet kennels a bad name. I tried to explain her abuse and also attempted to reconcile with her already and she continued to act like a useless tramp, so I've given up listening to anything further she has to say.
Someone should put her in a cage and feed HER once a week and see how SHE likes it.
