This person does not pay wages according to state laws and is trying to use every person he can to make money for himself. He files false reports to try to keep you from being paid, if he even pays you at all it is usually less then what is to be expected.
Never try to gain employment or do business with either of his companies, it will not benefit you in the end. I had several drivers working under me for this man and they have also not been paid in full for worked they have completed.
Also, any persons wishing to extend a line of credit to this man, do not do it, you will not get paid on time and he will give you nothing but excuses.
