I booked with this company several months back and everything was great until the day of the move.

Before the move they act like they are your best friend. Once you're reserved and they have your CC information they magically vanish.

No customer service, no real trucks of their own. Rude employees and Managers.

No refunds, broken items, they kidnap your things until they think you've paid what you owe even if it's $1200 over the agreed upon price based on an agreed upon weight.

This company has a blocked number and I dont even think they are in America, multiple salespeople and managers sound foreign.
