Ripped me off I baught a 1 800 # never activated it, Decidedd I didn't want it they wouldn't give me my money back!

I have a small biz so I thaught I might try a 1 800 service I was thinking of advertising my product on T.V. So I thaught I would have the 800 service take my orders. So I called 1-800 We Answer I was told for $50 to $70 month I could have a human being answer the phone and take the orders for me. So I thaught about it then a few days later I called back ready to book, then I was told oh if you are doing T.V. It will be $250 a moth I said pardon? I was told $50 to $70 oh thats for minnimal calling this will be allot more staff needed etc. I said no then the guy says oh wait I'll talk to my manager, he comes back on and says OK $150 I said ok then he says I have to pay for two months up front, now I should have hung up but I said ok but please just reserve the number and I'll call you when I find out when I'm going to start advertising. So I look into T.V. Advertising wow! Forget this it's way out of my leage, so I phone back like the next day nope sorry we can't refund you, why? I haven't even had the number activated. Well we already had to get all the staff in and you did ask for the number. Excuse me? I havne't activated the number so how can there be staff and expenses this is a number, I feel like I'm in a bad scetch now. So long story short they do me favour and give me half the money back afeter several calls, and the manager won't talk to me. So I own a number that I'll never use I have been ripped off for $150 bucks, and these guys are asking me why I'm acting so agressive and can't I understand, classic crooks! I really hope someone can help me?
