Matrimonial Court Fraud and Bank Fraud Bruce, Baldinger, Esq. A/k/a THOD PSAM (The Houdini of Due Process Smoke and Mirrors) Page 85/264 of Mr. Baldinger's divorce deposition he makes the claim that his total family income was $30,000 per month. This was another attempt to mislead/defraud the investor/lender/bank into believing he was making more than he really was. At the same time as he filled out this mgt application desperate trying to get rich by getting credit and "flipping" houses as a "side" business to his failing legal practice, he signed a cert in matrimonial court that he was making virtually nothing. He did this so he can deprive other people of their rights and destroy their lives but secretly get credit with his sister's help - Martha Baldinger. What kind of man is this? Does he really get special favors from Charles Centinaro, the Director of the Office of Attorney Ethics as others have pointed out repeatedly over the last 2 years? Similar to cert in fed court that credit and law practice was ok, while simultaneously certifying in matrimonial court that he is broke and cant pay his share of sons car or repay $90,000 loan to ex-wife. This is Perjury and may be punishable with sanctions as well as a prison sentence if found guilty. Also he admits in BOTH matrimonial deps that he pays personal bills DIRECTLY from his trust account (thereby possibly bypassing taxes). He also admits he forged his estranged wifes signature on a 1040 without her knowledge because he was in a hurry. We are organizing a group of 20 people to storm Governor Christie's Office (in a very diplomatic, respectful and humble way of course) to request that Bruce Baldinger, Esq be immediately disbarred in the state of NJ for the massive crimes he has committed and the number of people's lives he has ruined. Only a higher power can stop Bruce Baldinger now and due to the amount of corruption exposed at the Office of Attorney Ethics in Trenton we have to go to a higher power. That portion of THOD PSAM's mind which operates in a criminal way has been so carefully concealed for so many years - until now. His criminal mind is totally exposed now and it is vicious. It is pure evil like a venomous snake and is a threat to mankind. It has the ability to destroy and kill now that the light has been shone upon it, but at least WE THE PEOPLE ARE NOW AWARE!!! Bruce Baldinger is experiencing a psychotic meltdown in his life now and is considered dangerous and a threat to society. He is no longer hiding his evil intentions. The demons are out, his fake social mask is off, and they are fighting anything it imagines might expose it. New Jersians, society In general and decent human beings will be much better off knowing that Bruce Baldinger's licenses to practice law and steal in 3 states will soon be revoked. Times must change and they are, bit by bit. We have a great Governor in NJ who has the courage to clean up corruption. We will wait patiently until the day comes when they take THOD PSAM away. It is our hope that THOD SPAM reforms his evil ways and becomes a valuable member of society, able to contribute to the good and survival of all. Until that day comes he will not be accepted as a friend, a man or a human to be trusted. He will live in exile until he learns to be a real human being.
