In my opinion (as an insider to this matter) so-called "attorney" Charles Kretek of Deming, NM lawfirm Hofacket and Kretek LLC is THE most unethical, dishonest, corrupt, evil and criminal lawyer I've ever met. Yes, he ruthlessly targeted and is exploiting for personal monetary gain, a vulnerable elderly woman with Alzheimer's, using an equally greedy, sociopathic, mentally-ill relative-client, who kidnapped the elderly woman from her FL home and moved her to NM, bent on stealing her money and separating her from her son and family. Kretek currently represents this mentally ill kidnapper because she managed to loot 12K _ from this elderly woman's bank account as the staffers at First NM Bank willingly participated, to pay his initial retainer fee. And with their common greed to rally around, they concocted a sickeningly illegal plan to separate her from her only son, the person she trusts the most and has told everyone she wants to be with, so that he will be out of the picture legally and they can move in to control her, isolate her in an institution hours away from her family, demoralize her so she loses hope and dies quickly, and then divide up the balance of her liquid assets. Evil, evil, evil. And thanks to the failed, dishonest and incompetent Judge Daniel Viramontes assigned to the case, a close buddy and former student/mentee of Charles Kretek, who never recused himself or disclosed that relationship to the opposing party, and the NM "good old by lawyer network" the same network that got Kretek off of his drunk-driving arrest with a "wink and a nod" and a fraction of the penalty that would have applied to a regular "non-network" NM citizen, Kretek has succeeded so far in raping and pillaging this elderly woman and her assets, silencing her voice and wishes, crushing her spirit and will to live and shoving her into an institution hundreds of miles away from her immediate family. Now I'm not a fire and brimstone person, but after I met Kretek and personally witnessed the jawdroping lies, distortions, dishonesty, heartlessness and Nazi-like tactics of Kretek, I realized that Hell must exist. And that God willing, it will be the permanent and eternal home of sub-human monster Charles Kretek and company. I hope that the money he stole from this elderly woman and God knows how many other elderly and vulnerable citizen victims he has screwed over, buys him a nice heart facsimile to hang in the doorway of his eternal furnace so that he might contemplate what might-have been had he choosen a path of honesty and truth and service. Please tell everyone you know that evil-doer and sociopath Charles Kretek is also Deming NM's newest thief and elder abuser. Citizens can make a difference if we speak what we have witnessed, learned and heard to everyone we meet and know. Good people can prevail if we roll up our shirtsleeves and get to work. Well, congratulations Chuck! After two decades in law, your legal work in the elder exploitation specialization has FINALLY brought you the long-overdue attention you always wanted! LOL!
