The have many other good MRI places.independent Imaging in Wellington is not one of the good ones. Hope this note helps and prevents another person from having this terrible experience. Be aware that you can waste precious time here.

My 84 year old Mother whom has had a bad fall and has a Broken left elbow and her doctor is also suspecting a broken left hip as well, wrote and order to comfirm his findings on the hip, so we had to wait 4 days for the appointment. We arrive 20 minutes late on her appointment Because the front entrance door of this place was blocked.". This was explain to the service personal that our car was being block by another car" and that my elderly Mother was outside with my husband. It was also mention that it takes her 20 minutes to get out of the car to her wheel shair even with our help.

But was told not to worry and that after the paper work was done it would only take about a 45 minutes to and hour wait. We waited almost 3 hours only to be told that because we were late we had to make another appointment! This people are insane to do this to a 84 year old in pain with heart trouble that comes from a rehab after the early disharge from the hospital. We also had a chance to look inside and the emty MRI room, no one was inside, This also means that they lie to us because they mention we had to wait after another person that was not there, Simple the techs there were just having a casual meeting next door. We are still stun, this place does not care if you're in pain or how old you're or etc. Do not let this happen to you or anyone you care about.
