Complaint refinance

I am new to the Hamilton, NJ area I am from the Wall Township area and never had any problems, well since I been going to the Hamilton, NJ Kmart I already called the manager and complain about the rude cashiers twice already, and I have been going in there almost everyday and spent a lot of money, well today is my last time and this is not the first time this has happened that I have been followed around the store by a short man in a suit as if I'm going to shoplift. I have been at my job for 8 years if I want something I can buy it, matter of fact I work at a expensive jewelry company where I close & lock up thousands of dollars worth of jewlery everynight so why in the hell would I steal from Kmart. It is a insult to me and my family & embarassing to think you would think I look like a theif is it because I had on black or because I am black.
