Large AVON orders being placed and paid for by Cashiers check

The personal assistant for the manager of Bela Nova Model Management, Barbara Marble contacted me through Avon to place an order. Below is a copy of the letter.

"My name is Marble Barbara, I am from NC but will be coming to Texas for a showbiz. We have prefer to order online but for now all purchases in our company are done with paper payment so i would love you to place the order for me. I would need to know the total of all the products i requested for and also the name and address you want the payment sent to and also a phone number i can reach you on. <br style="line-height:1.2em;"><br style="line-height:1.2em;"> After you send me this information the Manager of our company will mail you a check for the payment, which you can cash instantly at your bank because we need these items there in Texas before the date of the event and they will be picked up at your location Upon my Arrival in Texas as i will be coming to your city to pick up the items my self so you don't have to ship it anywhere. I know this is a lot stress but i promise to compensate you if you can take up this order for me and consider me in my situation. I have include the product number for you for easy search. I hope to read from you soon with all details required.."

For a professional the letter is poorly written. It also lacks specifics like when and where they are coming to Texas.
