Mr. Matt Nunez, Customer Service Representative Puppyfind.com Class Action Lawsuit Civil Rights infringement

My civil rights have been infringed upon. I am a breeder and owner of many English Bulldogs. I have purchased many dogs with friends of mine that we co-own together. When we breed the dogs some litters are raised by me, some are raised by my friends etc. We do this so that we dont have too many dogs at one location and so that each dog gets the proper attention at their homes. None the less we split all profits from litters. I am the main financial source of the purchases of all dogs that reside both in my home and at my friends homes. Many people go into this endeavor together and sturcture it this way for the best interest of the dogs. I have been a loyal customer advertising puppies on puppyfind.com and paid for their services for over 6 years now. Recently my account was termintaed by puppyfind.com due to claims that all litters are not physically raised in my home yet I am co-owner on all litters as so are my friends when I am the one raising the litters. They claim that I have voliated their terms of service and terminated my account because all litters are not physically in my presence at all time and raised by me yet I am legally the co-owner as I own the parents and compensate my friends for half the litter for helping to raise them. Their claim is that the breeder is legally someone who raises the litter. When that is not true or factual. Legally the breeder is the owner of the bitch and or sire. Which I am on all dogs that I sell puppies for. Many people within the US hire others to raise the litters that they have bred. So should the hired nanny be the breeder in their eyes? My account has been terminated for no legitimate legal reason. This policy is not listed anywhere in their terms of service, the definition of breeder is not listed anywhere on their site. This is a personal decision based on their or one persons personal feelings and discriminations and it is a pure violationsto my rights as a consumer. I am looking for damages for SUBSTANTIAL of loss income by my account being illegally terminated.
