National Photography
Very little time for pictures, photography did not speak English & was rude to my 3-year old

I talked to a representative of National Photography at our local KMart. She guaranteed us quality pictures at a reasonable price. The form that I signed indicated that I would see the pictures before hand and then could choose what I wanted for the 'package'.

The photographer was rude and kept snapping at my grandson. He spoke very little English (Ukranian, I think) and made my grandson cry. No one is rude to my grandson.

My husband went to pick up the pictures last Sunday. He was informed that he had to buythe entire package! He called me and I said no, only the ones I received as part of the package. The 'salesman' harassed my husband until he finally bought a few extras. The extra packages ran in price of $500 to $50! Of course, this was never told when we signed up.

The only person who was nice in this entire ordeal was the sales lady. I wonder if she knew what was happening? I will never use this company again. I wish I had known about this web site. I wouldn't have had the pictures done. Here I come Target and Walmart!!!
