Central Parking Systems/Allright Parking
Accused me of not paying for parking even after I mailed a copy of the receipt

On May22 I attended a concert in downtown Nashville. I parked and paid at one of the local Central Parking lots. When I returned to my vehicle there was a note on my car stating I had not paid and to send the money in the envelope.

The next day I copied the receipt and mailed it in their self addressed envelope.

Thinking it was a misuderstanding I thought no more about it. Several weeks later I get a letter from Central Parking's attorney stating I owed them $72.00 for unpaid parking. I again sent a copy of the receipt in the return enevelope. Thinking to my self that is a lot of money to pay someone to park in addition to the $12.00 I already paid.

I have more than done due diligence in this matter. I am of the opinion this is a scam not a misunderstanding. I will hire an attorney before I pay them another dime. How many unsuspecting patrons have had to pay them at least twice for the same service? How much of their revenue is coming from this scam? Nashville is a tourist city, how many of our unsuspecting guests have been scammed by this company? This company is either very poorly run or they are scamming the good people of Nashville.
