Powerful Impact, Inc, owned by Mark Bunett III, is a company that gets payment from its customers and DOES NOT DELIVER!!! I wish we had read the other complaint for this company before contracting with them, would have saved us $ and months in wasted time in trying to get the job done. And of course it never did, and Mack Burnett III has stopped responding to requests for a refund! We needed plaques to be made for our company, and after payment was made by check and delivery promised in 10 business days (on multiple occassions, and I have the emails to prove it), the delays continued and people from this company became impossible to get a hold of. When we finally couldn't take any more delays and cancelled the order, the company stopped responding to all requests about a refund, both from us and OUR LAWYERS! They kept claiming that the order was very complex and parts needed to be ordered from China to get it done. When we finally did cancel the order based on the multiple delays and went to another vendor, the other vendor delivered all the supposedly complex plaques to us in ONE WEEK at a cost cheaper than Mark Burnett III was giving us. Www.powerfulimpact.com lists an 800#, which no one answers, and does not have a physical street address listed on it! Mark Burnett III is very prompt in returning emails and calls till payment is made, and then he and Teresa from his office simply vanish into thin air. Mark kept insisting there was a certain amount that would need to be deducted from our payment for a refund to be issued, and of course a simple question like how much of a refund we can expect has been too much for him or Teresa to answer. I hope everyone who plans to do business with Powerful Impact Inc, Premium Image Makers, Burnett Brands LLC or Mark Burnett III sees this post, for they have scammed us.
