Ripoff would not honor their contract or refund my deposit

I was contacted via Internet by an executive marketing firm (Career Moves) based in Princeton NJ regarding using their company to assist with my employment search. I had two meetings with the company and entered into a contract with them on Oct. 9 2003 to use their services. The contract has a 72-hour cancellation period listed in their document. I did some research on the Internet and was unable to locate any information about the company or the principles and decided to cancel the agreement. I contacted the company informing them of my decision and I was told that this would not be a problem.
I sent the first notice on Oct. 12 a second on Oct. 27 and a third request on Nov. 5 2003. I was contacted by Ken Levinson, the president of the company on Nov. 5 and informed that Career Moves was not going to refund my funds. The contents of his email are included below.
Dear Ed,
The reason we are not refunding your monies are because we do not feel we should.
We worked very hard at earning your business and we did agree to the changes that you asked us to make.
Then you brought up different reasons later.
Ed, we stand ready and able to assist you. When your personal situation gets better we can pick up where we left off.

I did not ask them to proceed with any changes to the agreement nor did they provide me with any changes. I did some further research on the Internet and found multiple sites that list companies that prey on executives promising to help them with their job search.
Although Career Moves was not listed on the sites as a company that was reported for bad experiences, their sales tactics were repeatedly listed as signs of a company to avoid like the plague. Ken Levinson sent an email stating that my deposit would be refunded minus the $100 processing fee, which is listed as non-refundable. This reply was sent from Ken Levinson on Nov. 5 at 7:18 PM. Each time I contact them I get another email and no refund.
