Only excepts cash/took the cash to do a job and never came back to finish work

We were looking for someone to test our Jacuzzi and found Craigh Rice on Craigslist under skilled trade. Craigh appeared to be very helpful and nice. We asked to have him diagnos our Jacuzzi instead he brought us a smaller unit and this unit's buttons were not working right. Then he sent an electrician to wire the Jacuzzi he brought us and we had to pay this guy $855.00 dollars to hook up first a 110volt and then since the comunication between the electician and Craigh was off the electrician had to come over twice to wire the right volt of 220 so this Jacuzzi can work correctly. We are still waiting for Craigh to come over and hook up this Jacuzzi to the correct voltage. On top of this the Jacuzzi Craigh brought to us to use in place of ours that we just wanted checked now the Jacuzzi he brought to us has button problems. We contacted Craigh to let him know the buttons dont work right and the Jacuzzi heats up too hot or does not heat up at all. Craigh said he plans on bringing us the buttons. Still no Craigh. Craigh then send he has a buyer for our Jacuzzi and had us take pictures and email it to him. We paid Craigh $400.00 for the Jacuzzi he brought to us and paid Craigh $750.00 in parts and labor to repair our Jacuzzi for the buyer. Altogether we paid out $2005.00 to the electrician and Craigh. We are still waiting for his phantom buyer to buy our Jacuzzi for $900.00. If this was true we would still be in the hole for $1105.00. We plan on making a police report if Craigh does not come here to either complete the job or give us back our money. Beware on paying anyone with cash and this is why he wont take checks so no one can track him.
