Loan Modification Fraud

I am concerned! I paid upfront fees to Flahive Law Corp out of Folsom to represent me in a Loan Modification for my personal residence. When I spoke to their initial consultant named Barry. He made me promises & said they were going to do things that they have not done. The inconsistency's began when one of their Paralegals named Ursula came into the office to have me sign the contract. What Ursula told me was not the same thing that Barry told me. This is when my suspicions started. I disregarded my feelings & assumed Flahive Law Corp was trustworthy. I have records and notes to document this. If I had known this at the beginning I probably would not had done business with them. I want to protect other homeowners in the same position as I am. Loan Modification Fraud is not acceptable.

Bottom Line:

What the said they were going to do, is not what they have done.

I am still committed that they follow through on their initial promises.

If they can complete this loan modification I will forgive & retract these statements.
