Stay Away! Desceptive Practices, delivered wrong product, lied re: fee structure, awful customer service San Diego California 92121

This was a terrible company to deal with. I called to order a Pay-As-You-Go Phone and they delivered a wireless contract phone. They described the fees, but it didn't match the email receipt, which made it appear as if they lied. The Customer Service system was absolutely unbelievable — the worst I have ever dealt with. I was on the phone all night arranging to return the darn thing. I tried communicating by phone, email, and even going to the store... It is unbelievable. I would not advise anyone to do business with this company.
