Whitney delivered 4 of the 5 banners that we ordered. When I asked about the 5th one she said that it was to be overnighted to me tomorrow. Tomorrow still hasn't come and the event was for July 4th. I have called numerous times from different numbers, left messages and emailed. She won't return my phone calls, but looking back on the crime, she never answered the phone when I called to order. She was probably too busy dodging others that they have ripped off.

She asked that the check be made out to her, as "that is the way the DBA is set up". She also asked for checks because her credit card machine was broken.
