One who took an oath to protect the consumer but lied

Elizabeth is one who believes that the consumer is guilty. Even when you give her all the evidence you have.
Our problem is with a financial institution. She of course sides with them. We gave her everything we had except for our paperwork on a 2nd mortgage we took. Well we did not take out a 2nd mortgage. We did not have a 2nd mortgage. She says we did because the bank said we did. Well we did not... We want to see our Signature on these 2nd mortgage documents. We want to see surveylence tapes on this day in question if they still keep them.
Do not call us liars for something we did not do.
Shame on you for being a lawyer.
