Our parents purchased my boy a psp for holiday december 17 plus they needed to trade it at manufacturer required 3 months then we have it back and needed to deliver to production organization and contains damaged again. Don't do anything but have us deliver it again to allow them to deliver us another bit of crap and don't give him something free of charge for his terrible period and truly not really dealing with perform it. Experienced there place more then his fingers to perform
