ACJ Legal has two owners, Anthony Jackson (AJ) and his wife Kimm Jackson.
On or about 3-16-10 per a contract that we had in place with both companies, both owners named above started writing bad checks to my company for collections in which they were doing through outsourcing. Then started withholding money due to my company from collections that they were to do for me.
They now, knowling are contunuing to collect money on behalf of my company, which I canceled with them after I gave them a second chance to make things right, which they never did. Now they are not returning calls, emails or texts.
I have contacted the local BBB and now you to see if they will resolve this without going to court over.
They currently owe my company and my clients roughly $5,000.00.
