14 Months & I'm still waiting for a refund

Four people arranged a visit to Ecuador & the Galapagos through Latin Trip Measurements. Although on visit, we each needed to spend $100 outofpocket to get a charge which should have now been contained in our journey. I advised Michael Steinberger, who owns Latin Visit Measurements, instantly upon our return & he decided we were due a return. It's today September and we've yet to determine the cash. He's today no further answering me, despite the fact that he assured me the inspections were issued 6/1/10. He's been difficult to cope with and that I would not need anyone else to-go through what I've needed to withstand. DON'T USE THE CORPORATION when arranging excursions to Main & South America!
