First was contacted by Brady James from vacationsdirectusa that he was looking for properties and had buyers waiting to buy timeshares like mine. Said they were selling for $21,000 to $23,000 when I know retail is only around $14, sounded good with no risk to me where a 100% satisfaction guaranteed was on the contract gave him my credit card and my wife and I were then waiting. He said I'd have a certified check in the mail in a couple of weeks.

Many weeks went by and he no longer answered my calls, if someone answered Brady was at a convention but usually I got an answering machine. Tired of this game I left the message to refund my money ($1195.00) I wasn't satisfied And that was the last I ever hear from vacationsdirectusa.

I'm self employed and like many others was looking at selling my timeshare to help make ends meet, ended up with more credit card debt.

I went to BBB.com and found they were rated an F! Well I'm not surprised but still would like some reimbursement for my loss. This type of ponzi scheme hurts many of us hard working people when we are looking for help not more heart ache.

So now Jeanne Plock from vacation property marketing inc. Calls me and claims she's trying to help me recover my lose from vacation direct usa and that when she sells my property vac d usa will have to refund my money. Turns out its the same ball game as before. So I checked the BBB.com and their rated a B. Ok I say lets see a contract first and was denied. But she explains they try to resolve any problems promptly and my money another $1,198.00 can be refunded if not sold or im unsatisfied. LIE - I received the contract and no where does it say anything about a refund if not sold. It states If someone else sells the property they refund the money or if requested with in 7 days of contract.

Here's the kicker I NEVER SIGNED IT! Also it was mailed 9 days after they charged my credit card. Florida Law states they can't market property without a signed contract. Florida also has an "Advance Fee Law prohibiting up front fees before service or contract 721020 (6)".

Im trying to keep this short and warn others IF it sounds to good to be true it is! They got me twice. I'm disputing charges with my credit card and filed complaints with BBB.com, and Ic3. Gov for both companies and plan on charges through there local law enforcement agency and ftc. Gov and doacs. State. Fl.Us. They should have just refunded the money, know I'm looking at legal ramifications.

Thank you for reading my problems and please dont fall for their smooth sale's professionals!!! If they offer more that retail It cant be for real (or charge upfront) Thanks again!
