Dependable Property Care Ripped my pool screen and never received full credit referral

I have been using this landscaping company for about a year. At least once a month I had to remind them to keep away form the pool screen and not to blow the dirt and grass into the pool.

In April of this year one of the workers used the weed eater near the pool screen and slit a foot long whole in it. Whey they came in May, I showed David, the senior landscaper, the whole and he said he would talk to the owner, Troy and make arrangements to have it fixed. I also was supposed to receive a $200.00 referral credit.

Since then I received no further service and received a statement showing credit of 110.00 applied to our latest invoice. I still have yet to receive the additional $90.00 credit. I have made numerous calls to 3 telephone numbers I had for the company and have not received a call back yet. I received last week a check for $50.00 for the repair of the screen of which I already paid $67.00 to repair it myself. I am requesting 17.00 for the difference of the repair and the 90.00 credit balance due to me.
