Salesman: Morris We naively fell for the sales pitch

We're usually not too gullible but we are trusting. We like to take people at face value. We were sold upholstery service on an armchair buy what seemed like an honest, straight-shooting guy (Morris) after accepting an offer in a mall for a free estimate. The day after, we looked at this site to discover so many ripoff complaints against them.

We are going to ask for an order cancellation and expect a lot of manipulation and trouble, especially after hearing what others have gone through. We'll keep everyone posted on this site about our progress with this company.

If, indeed, they are as wretched as people say they should be stopped. If there's a class-action suit we'd like to become involved. Contact by email with particulars.
