There are two timeshare resell companies, that solicit there services for a fee to either rent or sell my timeshares. The first one was Interval realty services, inc. Which charged a fee of $452.08, for advertising and marketing. The contract #, s are #14215-1 and #14215-2 this contract was entered into 10/27/06. The other agency Timesharesonly claim to be the #1 timeshare resale agency required a fee of $598.00, for there services in which a contract was entered into on 01/19/09. Repeated calls to both agencies has yet to yield results. Therefore I seek a refund of some of my fees for failure to produce. The contract #, s are #1286265 and #1286268. It appears that one or both have sold my name to others because i;ve been receiving a lot of calls from other agencies soliciting.
