Didn't refund money

I'll never purchase from their website again! I requested what i believed was a fresh stereo with cd-player for my vehicle. After I obtained them, it had been a restored stereo having a CD-player that did not work. I nearly delivered it since I had been unaware it had been restored. When i installed it in my own vehicle, i observed the cd-player did not work and so I started the lengthy, difficult procedure for returning finished to hi-fi audio link.

I completed their type totally and mentioned that I needed to come back it to get a reimbursement (since I'd discovered A BRAND NEW one elsewhere) they offered me the run-around for 6 months! I returned and forth with them through e-mail since customer support doesn't do telephone calls you've to create for them. Their return policy clearly states that I've the best to come back them. They obtained them back, but never returned my income. I eventually needed to obtain the lender invovled and that I got my money-back through my lender 6 months after buying the product.

Do not order from their website! Let's put them from business simply because they obviously don't deserve to become making money from us
