Recieved product after trial period, they said i would be refunded the money and now they wont anser their phone!

I order tha stretch mark cream as a trial. I recievedd it after the trial was over and i did not even get to try it. I called and complained so they said they would refund my money (charged $100 for product) they did not refund anything and now they will not answer my phone calls
