Run Run Run-they are incompetent frustrating and rude

I first complained here on line over a year ago about them. At the time I also complained to BBB. They refuted my claim by twisting things I had said to the incompetent people at the 800 number. Then they dropped me because I said I was consulting another attorney. All this after my Chapter 13 was done and in place. Now I find out after another year of paying my trustee payment that only one of my debts was put on my payment plan. I wondered why all of my creditors were calling again. I thought they were all being paid all this time. You hire a lawyer because you don't understand all of the legalize and the fine print. Because you have hired them you trust them and take their explanations before signing. Run from this. I had looked up a local attorney in Indianapolis and thought I was just hiring them. I never found out that I would never get to talk to my attorney till after I had paid them. Then the nightmares with the 800 number started. They made me have anxiety attacks and would bring me to tears. After paying them almost $4000.00 now I have to hire another attorney to straighten their mess out. When I showed the consulting atty my paperwork they were appalled at it. It looked like a fourth grader had filled out the paperwork. They didn't even know how the paperwork went through the court system because it was so poorly done. None of my creditors addresses are on it. And the names are abbreviated and you can't even tell who they are and what debt goes with what. Please save yourself time energy and money and don't even consult with them. When we went to our first meeting, about 10 other people were there. They made the appointments all at the same time and you just have to wait in line for hours. Very unprofessional.
