They gave me a number that no one answers

I named CPS about my 12 yr-old autistic boy being abused and overlooked about the coach.initially at age 3yr and again at 12yr. I had been advised to contact CPS with a lawyer. This really is CPSis reply. "We don't consider grievances which have something attached to colleges, which includes coach transport individuals and matrons. It's ILLEGAL for all of US to consider such complaints. They offered me several that no body replies. Not really a recording. I keep getting tossed around just like a dirty old cushion. Everybody moving the duty to another person. Lawyeris request me to get a preserving fee.$10,000 and that I declare I actually donot have that type of cash and not notice from their website again. I published barak, senator bob flanagan, route 12 news. Etc. Nobody reacting. Seems worse than a communist country. Any attorney available having a learning handicapped kid wish to assist? Your youngster is going to be next. I assure anything has occurred for your kid.
