Bonnie in client services & Don Palmer in sales lied to me about selling my time share

In Oct. 2009 I paid $1,200 up front to Corporate Travel Solutions to rent my time share. After 3 months with no results, I agreed to let them try to sell my timeshare. They called me the next day and said they had a buyer willing to pay $27,500 and had put $5,500 down in earnest money. They said they needed $800 to begin the closing process, which I paid. I called every month to check on the process. Each time they gave me a different reason why it was taking so long. On June 15, after six months of no progress on a closing, I called and asked for proof that a sale was made. I asked for a copy of the purchase agreement or a copy of the $5,500 earnest money check. They had nothing to give me. I was put on hold and disconnected. Now they will not answer when I call and will not return my calls. I called my timeshare resort and they had no record of any calls from Corporate Travel Solutions with regards to the sale of my timeshare. The Central Florida BBB has numerous complaints on file on this company and gives them a "F" rating.
Don't be fooled by their fancy web site and false promises. They will scam you out of your money with no remorse. They need to be put out of business, and prosecuted. I advise you not to do business with this company.
