They said I was a member of their family, My family doesn't take money from me, $5350 later

I explained to the first person the type of business I was trying to obtain funding for and was assured it was available.
Next I spoke to someone who assured me that I would receive a written business plan and training in grant writing, for a fee of $5350 spread over three credit cards. I tried to rescind my agreement within the first three days due to internet accessibility problems. I was reassured that help was available. I was referred to a "coach". She did not have a clue. Then I got a "special coach", Mr. Feller.By now my time had expired.
I supplied all of the info required for the business plan, when it was received it was twisted and unusable. Mr. Feller asked me to resend the info then informed me he was unable to read it due to the fact I had MSWORKS and advised me to obtain MSWORD.
Again I explained the internet and financial issues involved. I asked again for a refund and was advised none would be forthcoming.
I cannot seem to get any resolution here.
I only pray their REAL FAMILIES are treated with more care and concern.
