North caribbean 1099 employee cross docking with out workers comp & no insurance & no pay for cross docking Internet

After a month with rct / sunline trucking out of las vegas nevada and a shop in new jersey i have bad news to tell you... The company hires many people every week and i saw 4 drivers leave quiting the first day at the las vegas office. 1st big problemis your a 1099 employee... Period 2nd your working on docks and unloading trucks and trailers with out insurance or workers comp... 3rd you will be cross docking some times normaly on a friday night after driving all day you will be asked to cross dock load or loads to different trailers... The problem is IKEA dosent know all this but the shop for working on trucks is used as a cross docking location and it is not a colled dock meaning the frozen foods and cooled foods etc are getting hot siting in a 90 degree shop... Your food that many people will be eating in just a few days is out in the open shop in newjersey... And the biggest problem is also you wont get paid for your time spent cross docking at all.
