KSI Kappa Search Is a SCAM-Stay Away

Stay away from this company! It is a scam. Kappa Search is unorganized andunprofessional. This company will hire anyone and will use then fire you! The pay is terrible andthere is no career growth. If you want to be a recruiter your whole life then be my guest. All you'llhear is the "opportunity" to make money but it is not true. You will be paid a lousy draw that they feel is adequte to live on. It probably qualifies you to be below the poverty line. For an emplyment agency, they treat job seekers like garbage and have no respect for them.

They will fire you without giving you achance or warning, even after a week. I was blindsided. There is no set way other then being told to stay on the phone. Nobody knows what they are doing and it theoffice is a complete dive. I'm prettysure there is no heat and air conditioning either because the office was freezing. The manger has obviouslynever had any business/management training and has never worked for a legitcompany, just like the others. His training and leadership skills set you up to fail and should see how he would fare at a respected company. Peoplewill only repeat one or two phrases to "help", but you will neverlearn anything. I am fortunate that I waslet go after only a few weeks because this company should be closed down orreported to the bbb. If you want to livein poverty or no job security, then feel free to join.
