four winds equestrian center will keep your deposit!!!
I was there for 2 years and gave my 30 day notice.
My horse needed to go to the clinic and they helped my wife get the horse there
during this time period we said we would probable stay and thought about it for around a week and then told them we would be leaving.
We were lied to by staff and had other issues.
Four winds kept our deposit after 2 years of paying on time. They said we didn't give the 30 day notice. They could have at least given us half the board back which is over 700 dollars.
They also gave a friend of ours 24 hrs to leave and never gave the lady her deposit back.
We feel they are very unethical and beware of giving them a deposit.
They can kick you out with 24 hr notice but you must give them 30 days or they keep your deposit.
