Was told helping girl win a college schlorship if i bought magazine from her. $71.00 later and i have no magazines or the $250.00 walmart gift card i was promised

Girl came to my door selling magazines. She said she was in a contest and if I bought a magazine suscription from her she would win the contest and get a full schlorship for college. Was told I would receive a $250.00 gift card from walmart. $71.00 later I have no magazine or gift card!!! This company is a rip off!!! They are using hight school kids to rip people off!!!
