No call, No room on the truck, late delivery, missing items

They said they would call 48 hrs prior to coming, Did not, call the day before. Took the day off as they said they would be here at 10:30. Finally showed up at around 2:30 or 3:00. Opened the trunk and did not have nearly enough room. Pretty much crammed it all in. The pickup was on the 20th of May. That date was agreed upon so we could get the stuff on the 1st or 2nd of June. Never heard from them. Called them on the 31st to if they were coming and was first told it would not be until the 4th, then not until the weekend. Friday came and went and called them again and was told Monday or Tuesday. They call us on Sunday and asked if they could deliver it on Sunday, We said sure. They asked how late they could come and we said anytime. Didnt come. They showed up on Monday, boxes all smashed, amazing nothing was broken, but... An oversized chair was missing, they delivered the Ottoman but not the chair. 2 boxes are missing of course one happened to be the one with all the movies. When confonting the driver he thought it was kind of funny. We called the office and was told it could take a week to see if they could find the stuff. I am not new to moving I have had whole household move at least 5 times and I can tell you that this is the worst, least organized company that I have ever seen and obviously does not really care. My advice to you STAY AWAY!
