Carla Winters Complete Scam Defrauded me of $1600 Refuses to take my calls or return my money

In early April I came across the website "theonestoploveshop.com". I was looking for answers as to why a former relationship suddenly ended and decided to call. The site clearly stated you would receive twice your money back if a spell did not work within 24 hours. I spoke with Carla Winters and she immediately told me my ex-boyfriend was my soulmate. She took our birthdates and asked me to call back in one hour for a full reading.
When I called back she said that my ex and I were married in the 1700's but a negative energy didn't want to see us together and that negative energy followed me into this life and wants to destroy me. She said the only way my ex and I would be together was to remove it with exorcism. She asked for $200 which I paid her via Moneygram to perform the ritual. She then told me the negative energy was too strong and I needed to come up with $1800 to hold in my hand while she recited a prayer. The next day I did this and as soon as I thought we were done, she said I needed to immediately send the $1800 to her so that she could cleanse the money&that the money was fuel for the negative energy. We agreed to me sending $900 in two separate installments by Western Union— she would cleanse the first $900 then send it back and I would send the second $900 and she would cleanse that one and send it back as well. She promised I would receive all the money back the same night.
I sent $900 to an Anita by Western Union which cost me $76.00. Carla told me the Church would cover the fee.By text Carla told me it wasn't going well and I would not get the money back that night.
After countless attempts to contact and retrieve my money over the next week she finally contacted me saying she needed $400 more dollars. That the $900 wasn't working and that $1600 would be the next best thing (she would include my original $200 fee). She promised me "1 million percent" that my ex would contact me that night and the money would be returned. I sent the money and still nothing happened.
She has had over $1600 of my money (including fees she promised to reimburse) in her possession for nearly 2 months. Carla Winters and the other workers at theonestoploveshop.com have been countless excuses to me in my attempts to get a status update and get my money back. For example, a nun recently died and then she had a family emergency. Now she will not even take my calls. The other psychics answer the phone and tell me she's not in. Sometimes they tell me when she will be in but she is never there and refuses to returns my calls.
Carla Winters is a scam, a liar, and a fraud. She has robbed me and countless others. Please contact me if you too have been a victim of this woman and/or her company. Her actions have both civil and criminal liability.
