They are Rocker Baby Inc in the US!!!
Just to give you a brief on my order, I placed an order in Oct I paid $1200.00 for my stock through Paypal. They said the order would take between 9-12 weeks, great I said. Now we are in May, no stock and they are not responding to any of my emails from March. I did not even swear at them, but I certainly wanted to. Now I am at a loss as to what to do next? My emails were very civil, now there are no emails at all.
I contacted Paypal, to make a complaint back in Feb but the time had lapsed to make a dispute. That is why they say 9-12 weeks delivery to cover themselves!!!
Are there any governing bodies I can contact in the US to make sure these people are put out of business.
I am in Australia and I know for a fact I am not the only one in Australia.
Beware they take your money and run!!! Do not order from them!!!
